Todays ramblings
Good Morning.
A very strange day for the
Lay Betting
System today we have no selections for the V4 jump or V4AW which is a very
strange situation. We did have one maiden selection that I am using for the
Best Lay of the Day because it scored quite high.
Looking through the
race cards for today we find a lot of small fields which hasn't helped the
situation and it is on day's like this that you start to wonder if you can just
stretch the system a little, to include at least one selection.
I would
advise you not to and that goes for any system you are running. Someday's you
just have to except that there are no bets.
This is a reason why you
should always be testing new systems or maybe even running more than 1 that you
can trust, but please be careful, because if you feel you must at least have
one bet a day, then it may be beginning to sound like you need a "Fix" rather
than carrying out a betting plan.
In fact I would advise you to have at
least one if not two days a week when you do not bet at all. For me it is
Saturday and Sunday.
We dropped a couple of points on "Millionaires's
Row" yesterday let's hope we find another winner today.

7. Greyhound Selections- Lay System
started 07/11/2006.
After playing around with selections I have
decided that for the time being this is going to be a lay only test. I think I
have worked out a system that will give us quite good prices but I suspect
there will have to be a maximum lay price set. I am just not sure what that
will be but I am testing between 2.00 and 7.00. I will make every effort to
record betfair lay prices as well. The ones marked with an asterisks (*) are
from the original and tighter system.
