Todays ramblings
Good Morning.
The German Grand Prix this
weekend although I am not sure I am going to get a lot of time to watch it. I
am helping out at a Dog Agility show on Saturday and I have planned a big walk
with George on Sunday.
I am starting to feel a lot
better now so it will be great to get out and get some fresh air.
I keep forgetting to update the

I was hoping to have sorted out
an email so David could send them to you on Saturday but with me being poorly
and David being out all over the place it hasn't happened. But I promise I will
get it sorted by next week.
In the meantime I have already
uploaded today's selections.
We were talking yesterday about
using statistics as a start point for your own betting system. The thing I want
to point out here is that you will probably find something that pay's dividends
if you look for ideas that may not be main stream.
Lets face it most people who
know anything about football will probably also know draw, home and away
statistics but that maybe all. The amount of goals scored and things like that
may throw up some statistics that are not so well known.
Statistics also become useful in
popular sporting events where there is a lot of betting from people who don't
normally bet and so are just having a bet on their favourite runner, player or
team.
I know a couple of traders who
use this to great advantage especially in Cricket, Golf and Tennis where there
is a lot of in-play betting and plenty of price movement.

The idea is really to select "one a day" to
lay bet (http://www.laybetting.com/) on betfair or
betdaq, which should be the shortest price. David has set a maximum price limit
of 12/1 or 13 on betfair. The main rule (and one we have started to use across
a number of our systems) is that you should not bet if the reduction factor for
the race is 10% or more.
